I'm designing an ICF home and doing a takeoff for the concrete volume in the walls. I've noticed that Soft List will update the ICF block quantities when adding openings in the walls, however it does not take into account the volume of concrete for any of the wall openings. This is troublesome because in this house the volume of concrete for just the patio door and several of the larger windows amount to 6 yards of cement in this 6" ICF home. Soft List calculates the wall concrete volume as if there are no openings at all.  Has anyone else experienced this and found a corrective measure?

Try using wall_area_no_open to calculate the area of the wall excluding the openings. As an example, look at the Brick (walls) material.
