On SoftPlan 2016, When I apply a new texture to a symbol it does not scale. It applies as small tiles on the surface. Is there a glitch in the new software upgrade or is there a new process to add new textures to symbols I am not aware of? Any help would be appricated.

robert,
2016's edit surface is a little different than prior versions
but they all work the same.
when you right click "surface edit" or however you "surface edit" ,
left click on the OPTIONS tab at the top of the surface edit window
that appears at the LEFT side of your screen.
and check "SCALE" under "options" at the bottom.

Thanks Randy for reply.
I have checked "Scale" and it still shows as very small tiles. I've done everything I have done in SP14 and for some reason all the files that have transferred over during the upgrade that had custom surface textures have all scaled to small tiles. Everything I add new surface textures to are small tiles. I've changed Aspect Ratio and it does nothing to change the size. Any further ideas would be appreciated

robert,
i'd contact tech in canada
and let them know the issue your having.
they figure things out very fast.
i'm probably not understanding your issue.
NOTE: if you have softplan plus (+)
go to the "START PAGE" of softplan and
call the 800 number or send them a "ticket"
or call number below (non-800) / your dime.
and you should get a hold of someone fairly fast
