Good morning everyone,

 

I apologize if this has been asked already, I wasn't finding anything on it.

How can I add soffit on this monoslope overhang? My top roof edge is set as an intersect.

There are no holes on the roof.

The top edge should be a gable.

I should've known that, thanks! Then my next question is one that's been getting me for a while. How do I cleanup my soffit?

Still doesn't look correct.  Your upper eave soffit has an open spot which tells me your gable lollypop is not connected to the upper wall.

Use plain gable ends, not bird boxes.

Softplan support told me to change the Default Gable Overhang to 24"...this works, until I adjust the sides to be only 12". When I do that it moves my top overhang soffit back to 12" as well. Is there a way to make soffit go through to edge instead of miter? Sometimes I know how to build things but not how to draw them...

make sure you are editing the roof edge when you do the overhang and not the roof.
