I have been design/building for many years and would like to see if softlist can be more effectively utilized in generating my custom home cost estimates.  I am seeking help in formatting, organizing and adjusting softlist formulas to refine the estimates and expedite purchase orders. I think you have to be real hands on with softlist.        I'm in the process of fine turning my lists and definitions and all. I'm pricing houses with it, but haven't got it really tight. 

There's a lot of angle to work a material from.  REally if I can get all my stuff in a row, I,you,us can create a dead on price.   

I'm not sure of how many people are using Softlist, there's not a lot of conversations about it.    V2020 had a lot of changes for the good.

But I 100% use softlist to price out homes. But it's like the program, you have to put in the time to learn.

If you don't find an expert, and still want some help, let me know.   I am rapidly learning, maybe slowly, but am using it constantly
