Hello!

 

I am unable to edit any rooms. When I click to edit, the dialog box doesn't pop up and I get error pings clicking anything in the main window. I suspect the dialog box is off screen and not visible. I have tried moving the window around and changing settings on the monitors to jiggle it loose enough to move. I can't find so much as a sliver of the window anywhere. It doesn't register as separate window, so I can't see it any tab views. All I can do is close it off screen.

 

Anyone else run into this issue and/or have solutions?

Are you RIGHT clicking when you go to edit?

I haven't seen that one.  Try doing a cleanup and see if that helps.  If not, close the project, maybe even restart SoftPlan, and then reopen and see if it is better.  Computer memory maybe messed up.  If none of that works, open a support ticket.

Try WINDOW > RESET LAYOUT

Apologies for not updating this thread. No proposed solutions have worked. I have abandoned using the feature.

I can edit rooms fine. Please create a ticket or send tech support an email if the issue is still occurring
