It may even have something to do with the way that Softplan generates the PDF, rather than the printed line thicknesses. Version 2020 changed the PDF resolution a lot. I found that the paint output in PDF's was VERY inferior to the output from 2018 and earlier.

Does a printed version exhibit the same properties as the PDF?
