I am a longtime user of Softplan, new to Softplan+.  I switched the type of seat I have only for file formatting purposes associated with marketing animations etc.  I am not really familiar with many of the features of SP+, but learning as I go.  I received notice on my opening page that there is New Manufacturer Content(Whirlpool).  I've not been able to find where that is available.  As far as I can tell it hasn't miraculously showed up in my library.  Thanks for any feedback.

Click on File, System Options, SoftPlan+ Options and OK in the new dialog.

I didn't find it for a while, But I think you get there by hitting help, then select "download additional content"

 

not sure about the file additional content never looked in that direction.

Draw->Symbol  then
Manufacturer->SoftPlan+->Whirlpool

 

If you have SoftPlan+ these should be available to you without using "Download Additional Content".  
"Download Additional Content" gives you all the current symbols you would get from doing a fresh install but not the SoftPlan+ symbols
