I am struggling with the 3D rendering of my drawing. I have checked every setting I can think of and I still get the structure below grade on the 3D drawing.

double check your model stack. is your site plan drawing (if you have one) at the bottom? is your reference point attached to a wall with the bottom at 0?
unsure, many things to review and double check.
i always apply my reference point to a wall not associated with the drawings in the model stack. seems like i have more control over adjusting heights if necessary.

might help to draw sections and determine where zero is. i've been using SP for a few years and still create these with odd tri-levels and things
