Hello,

 

Looking for an experienced softplan user to help me with work current projects that keep piling up. Would like to connect with someone who knows construction. I would like to hand the project over to someone without having to hand-hold them thru the project.  Also would need that person to be familiar with New York State Building codes. I use Softplan 2024. I am particular in how i do my drawings and would need someone who can conform to my work methods as close as possible.

I'd love to try to help you out in this endeavor of yours.

I have some preliminary questions.

Are you also talking structural engineering , 

or just drawings for struct eng. ?

Structural details, who is responsible. 

Do you have a site survey? with shots

Do you need the plans to be fully 3-d compilable, etc?

It seems like you are a SP user, 

any reason you are farming out the plans?

Which version of SP are you using?

I have been using SP since version 8 (a long Time ago) 

and am originally from So. Cal, 

but joined the exodus to FL. 3 years ago.

Call me - phone calls accomplish so much more than a "paper trail" email.
