Greetings fellow Softplan enthusiasts. I'm in need of assistance to finalize a comprehensive plan set for a custom home. As a novice user, I've managed to get the plans to a point I'm satisfied with, but I require further help to prepare them for permit approval. Im looking for a Softplan pro who will be able to assist if I provided you with the Softplan project file. I would like a quote for a complete plan set that includes Plans, Elevations, Framing Plans, Footing and Foundation Plans, Roof Plan, and Cross Sections? Appreciate your help!

Hello Jeremy, can you give us a little more information on your project?
Where is it going to be located? What building department is it going to be reviewed by?
Size of house? Can you post the picture of the floor plan and any elevations you have?
And, when do you need the plans done by?

The residence will be constructed in Chesterfield County, VA, with a total area of approximately 5400 square feet, inclusive of a 2-car garage and a 700 square foot unfinished bonus room. While I am eager to expedite the process, I recognize the need for thorough planning to ensure high-quality results Thanks.

Good Day Steve,
I live in Pinellas County Florida ,
I'd love to try to help you out in this endeavor of yours.
I have some preliminary questions.
Are you also talking structural engineering ,
or just drawings for struct eng. ?
Structural details, who is responsible.
Do you have a site survey? with shots
Do you need the plans to be fully 3-d compilable, etc?
It seems like you are a SP user,
any reason you are farming out the plans?
Which version of SP are you using?
I have been using SP since version 8 (a long Time ago)
and am originally from So. Cal,
but joined the exodus to FL. 3 years ago.
Call me - phone calls accomplish so much more than a "paper trail" email.
Regards
Raymond
