Are any of the manufacturers window/door symbols capable of being modeled with true divided lights with one color on the outside and a different color on the inside?

I have a model with 70ish openings that requires dark exterior clading and white interiors.

With 2018, you can select "Cladding" under the Miscellaneous tab which will allow some items to be a different color. Unfortunately, grills and the slabs don't work and can only be one color.

how about choosing one color / opacity for the outside rendering

and a different color for the inside rendering

or

Make a copy of your material file and change only the windows to a different color.  I would think you could upload whichever material file you desire pending interior or exterior rendering needs.

The file work around is a helpful idea.

It doesn't work to well with Skype and a large model but with this client I'm doing screen shot videos of the model with voice-over to clarify the design. I post it to YouTube and send them the link. It allows them to view it when they can, multiple times. I've done this with busy clients that are hard to pin down, it works pretty well. With this particular design I'm becoming a better video editor and director, I have to plan all the outside and inside shots, cuts and voice-overs The separate file idea is a great workaround for this.

It's a pain for live presentations and building 70 or 80 custom openings is out of the question. Was hoping one of the clad window manufactures had already addressed this. Oh well!

Sometimes on a complicated drawing I have a inside model and a outside model just for those kinda things.
