I need help with fixing this siding that is missing. Is there a simple way to do it? I can extend the wall in past the little roof but then i have siding inside!!

Steven,
Have you tried adding a roof plane. Yes sounds a bit strange adding a roof plane to a wall, but if you are just wanting to fill the gap in 3D all works well. A roof plan can be drawn on any surface, it is a triangle only. Just set the roof material to something that is not used elsewhere on the drawing and set the texture as required. You can also use the texture offset to align the cladding.
If necessary the position of each corner can be edited in roof mode, but it easier to just draw it in 3D again if incorrectly positioned.
