Is there any way to get the board and batten surface material to match up correctly between levels?

It's lined up perfectly, but for some reason the pattern doesn't quite match.

check your wall def. siding material type of the one not aligning, the siding MUST be identical siding callout.

 

if still an issue possibly don't use board/batton but instead use siding A.  i had the same problem when using log siding a few weeks back....the log didn't match so i changed to Siding A for all the log stuff and it worked!

Try ... PERFORM ITEM CLEANUP (From the COMMON tab in the EDIT menu) on both of the affected walls

I opened the project again to try your suggestions and to my surprise the problem has resolved itself. I suspect that "Item Cleanup" would have taken care of the problem.

More times than I can count,the same has happened.  I think my issue is I overwhelm the program with too many things at once.  Close it up, work on something else, come back later in the day and it resolved itself.
