I am trying to make a new wall definition that involves a three foot wall at the bottom and a ten inch wall at the top. It works fine in 3d textured but it's not visible on the floor plan at all. I played around and apparently every time two items get placed on top of each other it stops showing up. How can I get it to show up on the floor plan or is there a better way to do it?

Thank you, Joseph. That fixed the problem instantly.  :D

Now that you mention it, I see that on the wall defition section graphic there is a horizontal line running through showing the cut. I never knew what it was for, but it will be very useful to me in the future.
