Custom Home Builder and Remodeler in Northern California.  I have multiple projects and and need more help with completing them. Can be a side hustle for someone I will do basic design and roof and want person to bring to completed plan pages ready for county submittals.  I have general notes pages done, will need to draw some engineered details and save in system for future use.  Our jobs average $ 2,000.00 to $ 14,000.00  per planet I am willing to pay up to 60% of the project cost to the right person.  Must be able to get projects done quickly.  I figure the right person could earn around 35 to 70 an hr part time.  as a side job.  5000 x .60 = 3000 /  60hrs = 50.00 per hr.  most small jobs don't take 50 hrs.  The better you are with the system the more money you can make.  I  will pay thru Venmo,  Apple pay or Check if you prefer. Hi Randy, I can help you. I am an experienced drafter, etc, having worked construction field for the 1st 18 years, now I've been drafting, modeling, estimating & more since circa 1998. I've been using Softplan lately for about 2 years now; and also I used earlier versions of Softplan when I had my architectural firm from 1999-2012. I basically work 7 day a week and am available for design drafting/modeling, thru permit sets/construction documents.
