I'm semi-retired and looking for part-time contractor work staging plans. I have a great understanding of Softplan, using it mostly for Interior and Landscape Design (I am an interior designer/graphic artist, not an architect). But, I have done a few homes, remodels, and a few new builds so I know the Software well. My forte is with materials and symbols to deck out your plans and render 3D models for clients to view their homes painted and decorated.
