Does anyone know why this exterior wall is showing lines at the corners and where the interior walls come in?

Maybe check your joint tolerance for each wall? Usually, they do that if the tolerances are less than the 6" default, but I have experienced that problem for corners even when the joint tolerance is not altered a few times. Try using the adjust tool to move the wall slightly over the corner to see if it will disappear. For the other intersections, I am unfamiliar with what you are experiencing.

I have this quite regularly with my basement walls. If it's the same issue, filleting them together corrects it.

If your walls are the same height and the offset is also the same (both must be true), then try a cleanup first, if that doesn't work, simply adjust the walls slightly to where they meet in the middle. If that still doesn't work, then adjust the join tolerances to 2" and cleanup and readjust if needed.
